This Week’s Loves and Links
Hi everyone! Another week has flown by and it is already Fall Break here in this part of Germany. We’re not taking a vacation but have got some fun fall things planned like picking apples and carving pumpkins. And I will be taking the two weeks off from the blog. Sadly not to lie on the beach or stay in bed (which seems just as appealing, really). I will be working on a fun and exciting project that is taking up a lot of time at the moment and I hope to be able to reveal soon. Sometimes you just need to focus on one thing at a time.
So in the meantime, hope you are enjoying your October and I will see you back here in a couple of weeks!
1 I went to Ikea yesterday morning with a good friend to check out the new Hay collection at Ikea. Unfortunately, these tables were out of stock, so I will be heading back there next week to pick at least one up. They just seem like the perfect anywhere side table. Would also be great tos set a plant on to get extra height–that’s what my friend wants to do with it!
2. Here are some designer tricks to amp up your kitchen on a teeny budget. Some very fun ideas here like using fabulous lights and art.
3. If you’re in the mood for fall, check out these 13 modern DIY pumpkin ideas. I know I’m not going to actually get it together to do any of these, but they’re fun to look at.
4. Check out this gorgeous home tour of a crisp, edgy, eclectic family home. The rugs throughout the home are amazing. I want to move in.
5. This Greek Avgolemono soup looks so yummy and comforting. It’s on my list of “to make” this rainy Saturday.
Have a great weekend!
xo,
Nicole
